During one of my recent senior sessions we ended up at the park where we ran into the nicest couple walking their dogs. Emily (the senior girl) was so excited to see and pet a puppy that she almost demanded her portrait be taken with one. Her mom explained to me why she was so excited about the puppies, because of the moms allergies they aren't able to have pets at home.
I can't imagine what it would be like not to have my Deakon terrorizing me and my house, and not to mention being my early morning alarm clock. It is strange to me how quickly a person is able to fall in love with an animal. I know that without him life would be easier, but it sure wouldn't be the same.
